I have built houses on St Croix since 1984
I do not trust either Hansen or Hobson.
I think affordable housing is a good idea. I don't think Hansen is
the guy to accomplish it.
He has gone broke twice trying to develop land on St Croix. I fear he now wants to involve tax money in one of his loser deals.
Though I understand that building cisterns is expensive it is also necessary.
The government will not live up to its commitment to supply water to these houses, what will the owners do?
I did not see the planned houses or what they are made of. This is not Florida and things that work there will not automatically work here.
I am sorry to sound negative but the VI government does not have a good track record.
