5. May 21---------Casting of Lots for position of names upon the official delegate ballot.
6. May 21----------Deadline for Withdrawal of nominated candidates.
7. May 21--------First Day for Examination of Voting Machines and instruction in use of electronic voting machines.
8. May 21----------Appointment of Election Officials
9. May 21---------Deadline for candidates for the same office with similar last surnames to request in Writing that the occupation or residence be printed opposite his/her name on the ballot.
10. May 21---------Deadline for receipt in writing by the Supervisor of Elections of their shortened form on which candidates whose name contains more than 22 letters should be listed on the ballot.
11. May 21-----------Deadline for filing substitute nomination certificates and papers.
12. May 22----------Deadline for receipt by the Supervisor of Election of applications for Absentee Ballots for the Special Election.

13. May 22--------Notice of Special Election for the Constitutional Convention Delegate election due.

14. May 28----------Last Day for Examination of Voting Machines and instruction in use of electronic voting machines.
15. June 2--------Testing of electronic voting machines and tabulating equipment, certification by Boards. Open to General Public and Media.
16. June 12---------Day of the Special Election for Delegates to the Constitutional Convention

17. June 18----------In case of a tie vote at the special election, the candidates receiving the tie vote shall cast lots before the Supervisor of Election at noon.

18. June 18---------Registrars in the Election System of the Virgin Islands, Commence Registration.
