Man Stabbed in Back While Enjoying A Few Drinks on St. Thomas

A St. Thomas man was stabbed in the side of his back while enjoying a few drinks on Brookman Road, the V.I. Police Department reported.

On Sunday at approximately 10:00 p.m., VIPD responded to a stabbing victim at Schnieder Regional Medical Center. The 33-year-old victim stated that he was having a drink on the side of Brookman Road when he was stabbed in the left side of his back. The victim stated that he did not know who stabbed him. He was just enjoying a few drinks, according to the police report.

No assailant has been identified at this time, the police report stated.

This case is presently under investigation by the Criminal Investigation Bureau.
