Gifft Hill Students to Give Tours of Susannaberg Ruins

Gifft Hill students will give guided tours of the private and historically amazing sites of the Susannaberg Sugar Mill Ruins for a $2 donation. This is a benefit for the 7th and 8th grade students of the Gifft Hill School, who are saving to take a cultural trip to New York City. The tours will be held from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., on Monday, Feb. 18. There will be music, food and games as well as picnics on the lawns with breathtaking views.
The tours begin at Center Line Road, just past the clinic, on the curve to the left, past Cheyenne's. Look for Gifft Hill signs on Center Line, and head towards the large white house. There will be plenty of parking available. Bring the whole family, but no dogs, please.
