Special Treatment? Common Courtesy Would Suffice

Dear Source:
You want special treatment? ALL WE WANTED WAS COMMON COURTESY. We had a return trip to the states on US Airways on May 18. We checked in at the US airways terminal two hours prior to departure, only to be informed by another airline that US Airways had pulled out of St. Croix for the summer season. No one bothered to inform us, even though I purchased our tickets online at US Airways.com back in October 2006.
Incidentally, in the rerouting process, a US Airways representative told us that we should call a US Airways customer service representative to share this experience with them. With over six calls leading to no human answering the phone, we tried their customer service link on their web page, it's been 6 weeks since this event and we still are waiting for a response… Needless to say, we'll use another airlines when returning to St. Croix in the fall.
