Jon Kabat-Zinn Will Give Free Lecture at Omega Institute
The public is invited to attend workshops by Omega Institute lecturers on St. John, a center for holistic studies. Jon Kabat-Zinn will give a free lecture, "Coming to Your Senses through Stress Reduction," at 7:30 p.m., on Monday, Jan. 15, at the St. John School of Arts classroom in the Lumberyard Complex.
