$100,000 Cash Reward for Tips Leading to Arrest of Homicide Suspects

Crime Stoppers V.I. offers cash rewards for information leading to the arrest of individuals responsible for past homicides on St. Thomas, St. Croix, or St. John, involvement in government corruption, manufacturing and/or distributing drugs and trafficking guns.

Sept. 7, 2012,

David “Donut” Payne Jr. was a 30-year-old father of four beautiful children. He was a son, a husband, and a brother. He was an elementary school teacher at the Ulla Muller Elementary School, where he touched many young lives. At approximately 10 pm, David was shot multiple times about the body outside of his Anna’s Retreat residence, St. Thomas. We are humbly asking anyone with information relative to this case to help us bring David’s assailants to justice by sharing what you know about this crime.

Nov. 27, 2021

The 911 Emergency Call Center received multiple calls from concerned citizens reporting shots fired in Estate Whim on Pine Drive, Frederiksted. Upon the arrival of officers, they discovered the lifeless body of an adult male lying on the ground in the vicinity of a truck with multiple gunshot wounds to his upper body. The man was later identified as 40-year-old Arsdale Ferdinand of Estate Whim. Police believe he was ambushed in front of his house and shot multiple times by an unknown individual(s).

Sept. 23, 2023

At approximately 11:28 p.m., a citizen called 911 and reported that there were shots being fired on Turpentine Run Road in the area of “Concrete” Bar. Central Dispatch notified  Mariel C. Newton Command officers to travel to Turpentine Run Road for an unresponsive male lying in the roadway.  Upon the unit’s arrival, an unresponsive male was observed with what appeared to be gunshot wounds about his body. Emergency Medical Technicians were on scene and stated that the male did not have any vital signs. The male was identified by next of kin as 39-year-old Archie Perry Jr.
