Gov. Albert Bryan, Jr. will be delivering his fifth State of the Territory Address this evening from the Earle B. Ottley Legislative Hall on St. Thomas.
The speech begins at 7 p.m. AST, and will be carried live on the Government House Facebook page, and Government House YouTube page along with the Government Access Channel, cable channel 27. The V.I. Source Facebook page will also be carrying the feed, along with our affiliates, OUR TV, the Kalalloo Network and Tempo.
