U.S. Virgin Islands Soccer Association Youth National Team Tryouts Set for Jan. 21-22

The U.S. Virgin Islands Soccer Association invites all USVI-eligible players (valid U.S. Passport and USVI ties required) to join the Youth National Team Tryouts the weekend of Jan. 21-22. The USVISA Development and Performance Department is having a National Team Talent identification event for children in various age groups:  Under 15, Under 17 and Under 20. The event will be held on St. Thomas and St. Croix.

Children who play soccer and have a valid U.S. passport and were born in the USVI or with family ties to the USVI should register for this great opportunity. Teams are being prepared for international and regional competitions coming up in 2023.

St Thomas’ tryouts are on Saturday, Jan. 21. (USVISA will announce the location shortly.)

Event Schedule Saturday, Jan, 21:

Under 15 Boys and Girls 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.

Under 17 and Under 20 Boys and Girls 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

St Croix’s tryouts are on Sunday, Jan.22, at The Bethlehem Soccer Complex.

Event Schedule:

Under 17 and Under 20 Boys and Girls 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
