St. Croix Man Arrested on Multiple Charges

Jamie Flemming, 29, of Lous E. Brown Villas, St. Croix, was arrested on Dec. 18 around 4 p.m. and charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of an unauthorized firearm, and possession of ammunition, according to the V.I. Police Department.
Fleming is also charged with third-degree assault and domestic violence after allegedly assaulting a woman at her residence. He is accused of pushing her into a wall and striking her with a firearm.
Officers located Flemming after the alleged assault in Grove Place at an establishment he often frequents, according to the press release. Police allege he was found with marijuana packaged for distribution and the firearm.
Flemming is in the custody of the Bureau of Corrections after he was unable to post $7,500 bail, pending his Advice of Rights hearing.
