Viya joins the people of the Virgin Islands in observing Columbus Day and Virgin Islands/ Puerto Rico Friendship festivities. In an effort, however, to accommodate the schedules of Viya customers and provide the optimum level of service, the Customer Experience Centers will be open on Monday, Oct. 11.
The Customer Experience Centers at Tutu Park on St. Thomas and Estate Diamond on St. Croix will be open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The center at The Marketplace on St. John will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
All customers are encouraged to conduct transactions at their convenience by using Viya’s online Customer Care and payment portal at www.viya.vi or by calling 774-2PAY (2729), 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
