School Food Authority to Conduct Summer Program Supervisor Training May 22

The menu at Tail End offers a host of local favorites.

The Virgin Islands Department of Education, St. Croix District, will conduct training for summer program site supervisors interested in participating in the 2020 Summer Food Service Program from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., May 22, at the University of the Virgin Islands–Research and Extension Center, Room 133, and from 2-4 p.m., May 28,  at the same location.

The Summer Feeding Program will run from June 8 to July 24.

Application forms can be picked up at the Summer Food Service’s main office at 2133 Hospital Street, Christiansted. The application should be filled out in its entirety and returned to the main office by the April 30 submission deadline.
