The Viya team offers Carnival well wishes to the people of the U.S. Virgin Islands during the 66th Anniversary Celebration and announces the holiday schedule for its operations.
Viya’s Customer Experience Centers at Tutu Park on St. Thomas and the Marketplace on St. John will be closed on Friday, April 27 and Saturday, April 28, in observance of the Children’s Parade and the Adults’ Parade, respectively. The Customer Experience Center on St. Croix will be open on both days.
All Viya offices will resume normal business hours on Monday, April 30.
For cable TV and phone repairs, Viya customers calling from landlines should dial 777-Viya. The hours of operation are also 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Monday through Friday, and on Saturday, Sunday and holidays from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
