Ronald Antonio Milligan Sr. Dead at 55

Ronald Antonio Milligan Sr., also known as “Chebo,” of White Bay died on July 5, at his residence. He was 55 years old.
He is survived by his children: Kenneth G., Jabari H., Ronald A. Jr., Okeya R., Okimo D. and Ayana N. Milligan; grandchildren: Kadence, Janiya, Jabari Jr., Dequan, R’Daejah and R’mani Milligan; father, Granville A. Milligan Sr.; brothers: Henry A. Sr. and Granville A. Jr. Milligan; and sisters: Judith O., Marcia I., Germaine C., Marjorie C. and Florette P. Milligan. He is also survived by uncles: Alvin R. Milligan, Ira A. Edwards and Allen Mulligan; aunts: Ione C. Milligan, Leona M. Garvey, Doris P. Eugenio, Laurelleen E. Knight, Idalia P. Richards, Justina E. Rawlins, Clementina E. Knight, Ethel May and Eleanor Mulligan; godmother, Terencia Heyliger-Allick; adopted family and friends: Ivy Beard, Mary Pennefeather, Dalwin Pennefeather Sr., Irose Spooner, Glenn Hewitt, Opal and Precious Lowe, Raynell Smith, Lydia Cabret, Severin Miller, Benjamin Mitchell, the Ovesen’s, Gerda Sebastian and Violet Chapman; and many other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
There will be a viewing at 10 a.m. and a funeral service at 10:30 a.m., on Wednesday, July 15, at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church. Interment will follow at the Frederiksted Cemetery.
