Search and Rescue Safety Program Offered

July 6, 2004 – St. Croix churches, schools, and summer camps can benefit from the same expert advice that is being given to St. Croix search and rescue teams.
According to a press release, search and rescue expert Harry E. Oakes Jr., along with his dog Valorie, will be available to do programs.
Oakes, who is from Portland, Ore., and with International K9 Search and Rescue, is involved with training four K9 search and rescue teams for St. Croix Rescue.
The program being offered is called Help Us Find You.
