PSC DENIES CHOICE REQUEST FOR BANDWIDTH ACCESS

Dear Source,
I think it's outrageous that the Public Services Commission feels it can decide there's no market for high-speed Internet lines. I'd certainly be interested, and I bet a lot more out there would be, too.
Can't Choice Communications circulate a petition or start a letter and e-mail drive to demonstrate how much interest there really is? The PSC may be in Innovative's pocket, but hundreds of signatures should shake them up a bit.
It's my opinion that Innovative has been exploiting and abusing the U.S.V.I. long enough with their monopoly, and it's high time to break their hold.
