April 25, 2004 – The annual Paradise 5K Run, which usually kicks-off Triathlon week in St.Croix, will be run over the grounds at the Buccaneer.
The 3.1-mile race is Thursday, April 29, at 6: p.m. Visiting tri-athletes have the opportunity to become familiar with the course under race conditions as it will be used for the St.Croix Half Iron Man Triathlon, to be held on the following Sunday. Registration for the event begins at 5 p.m.. The Paradise 5K is open to all and is organized by the Virgin Islands Pace Runners. For information call: V.I. Pace Runners 340-777-0258.
