Please note that the Standing Committee on Human Rights shall conduct and review proposed revisions to: 

Article I – Bill of Rights 

Article IV – Suffrage and Elections 

Article X – Youth 

Article XVI – Initiatives, Referendums, and Recalls 

Article XVII – Political Status Advisory Commission
