Members of American Legion Enrique Romero Nieves Post No. 102 spent the Memorial Day weekend paying respect to Virgin Islanders who served their country with “the last full measure of devotion,” as Abraham Lincoln said.
The event took place in the Kingshill Cemetery on St Croix.

Soldiers quit serving the country a long time ago. They merely serve to fill the pockets of the elite and to further the U.S. Military’s agenda. It has never been about freedom, as that word does not even exist in the U.S. Constitution! One day, we will awaken and quit sacrificing our children’s blood in America’s bogus wars to fill the pockets of the elite, as that is all our children are dying for. Who on earth living a conscious existence would take blood money as a paycheck?
