The Legislative Committee of the Virgin Islands Fifth Constitutional Convention is holding public hearings on the language proposed by the 4th Constitutional Convention's Article V (legislative branch), specifically, as it relates to the formation and responsibilities of the V.I. Legislature.
The St. John hearings will be held at 6:30 p.m., on Wednesday, Feb. 6, at Legislative Hall.
