Andrew L. Samuel, also known as "Sam" or "Uncle Sam," of La Grande Princesse died on March 22, at Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital on St. Croix.
He is survived by his spouse, Pauline Samuel; daughters: Wendy Samuel and Deborah Samuel-Sinclair; son-in-law, Kerwin Sinclair; sister, Lucille Samuel-Mohammed; brothers: Wilfred and Lawrence Bhola; niece, Susan Samuel; nephews: Derek, Jeffrey, Anthony, Andrew, Vernal and Dominic Mohammed; aunts: Milley Bhola and Cynthia Singh; friends: Norma George, Larry Sobers, Carlisle Delande, Arnold Helenese, Patricia Bayo, Jean Pierre Branch, Avis Reed, Hector, Brewster, Marlon Henry, Javier Vazquez and Narian Gentius; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
A private memorial service will be held for the family at a later date.
