Missing teen Felisha Andre was returned unharmed to the custody of the Department of Human Services Friday, according to the VIPD Juvenile Bureau.
A concerned citizen sited Andre in the J.F. Kennedy Housing community and contacted the police.
The 14-year-old resident of the V.I. Behavioral Services absconded from custody of staff when being transported to the Alternative Education program on the morning of Sept. 10.
