Felix Poleon, better known as "Pierre," died on April 10.
He is preceded in death by son, Felix ‘Aboose’ Pierre Jr. He is survived by his sons: Michael ‘Cocoa’ Williams, Andrew ‘Buddah’ Williams, Richard ‘Richy’ Pierre and Bernard Alcindor, and daughter, Marie Pierre Briggs, stepdaughter, Sandra Williams; daughters-in-law, Maritza ‘Pinky’ Pierre and Rose Beaufond; son-in-law, Courtney “Wadada” Briggs; and 29 grandchildren.
There will be a viewing held from 8-9 a.m. on Monday, April 23, at Turnbull’s Funeral Home followed by a funeral service at 9:30 a.m. at Roman Catholic Cathedral Church. Interment will be at Eastern Cemetery, Smith Bay.
