Neighborly Feud Ends in Alleged Assault

Police on St. Croix are investigating a first-degree burglary and assault that occurred Sunday morning in Christiansted, where a 26-year-old female was allegedly attacked with pots and pans by her neighbors.

According to police, the female victim told officers that her neighbors entered her apartment in the Ruby M. Rouse Housing Complex without permission and began assaulting her with pots and pans from her kitchen.

Police said the assault was the result of an ongoing feud between the neighbors.
