CASA Looking for Pennies From Heaven

Nov. 11, 2005 – CASA will hold its third annual Pennies from Heaven fund drive on Saturday, Nov. 12, from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Sunny Isle Shopping Center near the fountain.
Court Appointed Special Advocates are volunteers trained to advocate for children in child abuse and neglect cases in the court system and foster care system.
This is an opportunity for members of the community to come out and add their pennies to the pot. The organization's goal is to raise $20,000 again this year like it did in 2003 and 2004.
Volunteers have been collecting and will continue accepting donations through the end of the year. Hovensa is a matching sponsor this year and has donated $10,000 to match the first $10,000 raised . Other companies can still become a matching sponsor by donating $2500 or more.
If you or your group have been collecting pennies for CASA bring them out and add them to the collection.and join in a healthy fun day for children

Noon to 1 Story telling with Janice Tutein
