James S. Glenn, M.D., FCAP, of Estate Hannah’s Rest died on April 22.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Edna Mae Tapp-Glenn and father, Julius Stokes Glenn.
He is survived by his wife, Norma D. Gardine Glenn; daughter, Brenda D. Glenn Smith; grandchildren: Lauren A. Smith, Robert James Smith(R.J.), Grace Smith and Ariana W. Smith; son-in-law, Robert Wesley Smith; brothers: Nathan and Donald Glenn; niece-in-law, Kathleen Gardine Tonge; nieces: Alice Glenn Artis and Carol Glenn Morrison; nephews: Alaric Gardine, Brian Gardine, Cyprian Gardine, M.D., Francis Williams and Stephen Glenn; special friends: the Galiber family, Antonio Dizon, M.D., Ralph De Chabert, M.D., Brad Marshall, M.D., Norah White, Maizie Glover (Indiana), Norah White (Indiana) and Lucy Bough; cousins and other relatives: Gladys Thompson, Harold Thompson, Dorothy Bólling, Annabelle and Cecil Lockhart, Golda and James Cold and family; as well as other relatives and friends too numerous to mention.
Memorial services will take place on Wednesday, May 15, at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, Frederiksted. Tributes will be given at 9:30 a.m. and the funeral service will begin at 10:30 a.m. Interment will follow at Frederiksted Cemetery.
