Pearl White-Hendricks Dies at 78

Pearl White-Hendricks Pearl White-Hendricks, also known as "Sis Hendricks," of Estate Williams Delight died on Dec. 29 at Gov. Juan F. Luis Hospital. She was 78 years old.
She is survived by her son, Leon James, daughter-in-law, Fior Daliza-James; special adopted daughter: Helena Straker-Phipps; grandchildren: Keshawn, Javannie, Angel and Belgica; nieces: Theresa Peters and Ms. White; nephews: John Duncan and Junior ; great niece, Rene Payne; great nephew, Wayne Peters; special cousin, Blondina Barnes; special friends: Sis. Gerald and family, the Pastor Bernard family, Sis. Saunders, Sis. Scotland and family, Sis. Soto, Sis. Maudenborough, Sis. Coggins, Pastor Eloi Sylvester, Bro. Mark Sylvester, Bro. Bailey, Sis. Rawlins, Phipps Family, Sis. Jeremiah, Sis. Garilyn, Sis. Veronica, Evangelist Sherma, Ms. Pemberton, Daphnie Edwards, Ms. Peters, Ms. Parris, Ms. Carrington, Mary George, Mrs. Bannis, Ms. Gillion, Yvette Green, the Ebenezer Holiness Church family, foster grandparents, the Claude O. Markoe School family, Helen Williams, Belgica, Maria, Dr. Lakhram, Nurse Lewis, Nurse Emmanuel and the rest of the caring staff on the surgical ward at Juan Luis Hospital; as well as other friends and loved ones too numerous to mention.
A viewing will be held at 9:30 a.m. followed by a funeral service at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 12, at the Ebenezer Holiness Church, Estate Grove Place. Interment will follow at Kingshill Cemetery.
