Crime Stoppers Asks for Help

St. Croix: On Sept. 22 in the vicinity of Morena Bar, to the rear of the Watergut bus shanty, police responded to reports of shots fired and a man down. Upon arrival they found a man, later identified as 26-year-old Shawn Ian Drew, on the ground and unresponsive. Tell Crime Stoppers what you know about this murder so police can identify the killers.

St. John: On Sept. 15 at 4:30 p.m. in the Annenberg area, a man locked and secured his vehicle. He later returned to the vehicle and realized it had been burglarized of $140 in cash and several documents. Help police identify the burglar.

St. Thomas: On Sept. 7 at 10:30 p.m. in the Anna’s Retreat area, a black male, identified as 30-year-old David Payne, was found lying motionless and unresponsive near the entrance to his residence. Payne died from multiple gunshot wounds. Tell Crime Stoppers what you know about this murder.

The minimum cash reward for the arrest of a murder suspect is $1,500. For the arrest of a burglar it is $714 plus 10 percent of the retail value of property recovered. Our maximum reward is $2,500.
