Generation Now! Inc. presents the Second Annual Ruby M. Rouss Oratorical Competition at 3 p.m. on Saturday, July 16, at The Palms in Pelican Cove. The competition is open to high school seniors and full-time college students between the ages of 17-22. Participants will speak on the topic of "Strategies to End the Cycle of Violence Among Young Virgin Islands Men." A total of $1500 in scholarships will be awarded to the winning contestants.
