The Virgin Islands Port Authority's (VIPA) Board of Governors will conduct its regularly scheduled monthly meeting at 10 a.m., Wednesday, Aug. 25. The Virgin Islands Board of Education (VIBE) will conduct an emergency board meeting via Microsoft Teams.
