Suicide Prevention Forum

Caribbean Volunteer Services will host “Let’s Talk.” The forum is open to the general public. Keynote speaker, Dr. Daniel Casey, MCT, certified in traumatology by Green Cross, will discuss “Suicide Myths: Moving Beyond Misconceptions.” He is certified by the American Academy of Experts on Traumatic Stress as an expert in trauma response and in-school crisis response. Attendees will learn how to identify the warning signs of suicide and steps to help someone at risk.
