The St. Croix Foundation presents a series of restaurant experiences featuring St. Croix Food and Wine. This event, called bond @ balter, features celebrity chefs, exclusive spirits and delectable appetizers at balter restaurant to create the perfect ambiance for active, passionate philanthropists to meet and mingle. The St. Croix Foundation for Community Development’s mission is to encourage greater philanthropic activity, to marshal resources, and to act as a catalyst to benefit the people of the Virgin Islands.
