Agenda:

The committee has scheduled a meeting to receive updates on the condition of housing communities in the territory (low-income and affordable) post Irma and Maria. Additionally, there will be a status update on homelessness and Emergency Housing affected by the hurricane.

The committee will also consider the following bill:

Bill No. 17-0175: An Act amending Title 29, Virgin Islands Code, chapter 2, as it relates to the definition of homeless.

The committee will receive an update on post-hurricanes Irma and Maria damages and restoration from the V.I. Waste Management Authority.

The committee will get an update on sewage treatment plants and the current condition on all waste management facilities and services throughout the territory.
