Bill No. 34-0019 – A Resolution honoring and commending Ronaqua Russell for her heroic achievement and extraordinary performance that resulted in her becoming the first African American female aviator in the United States Coast Guard to receive the Air Medal. The committee will receive testimony on DPNR’s operations to include, but not limited to, the expenditure of funds, statistical date on permits granted and enforcement citations, as well as fees collected for FY 2021.

3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

The committee will receive testimony on the operation of the V.I. Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs to include, but not limited to, the enabling law, jurisdiction and the status of standard operating policies.
