The 34th Legislature will convene a Committee of the Whole to receive testimony on the following Zoning Map Amendment Applications:

BLOCK I

ZAC-21-5: Stephen Lemelin (authorized agent Clarence Brown)

Requesting Plot No. 48-A Estate La Vallee, Northside Quarter “B,” St. Croix rezoned from R2 (Residential-Low Density-one and Two family) to R3 (Residential-medium Density) Purpose is to bring the non-conforming property into zoning conformity.
