Reef Farm Slow Down Dinner

As part of the Crucian Fusion event series Crucian Heritage, Nature Tourism (CHANT) and Ridge to Reef Farm (R2RFarm) are bringing an annual event to the farm with two talented chefs, Chef Ralph Motta and Chef Michael Matthew, who specialize in Crucian cuisine.  Proceeds from the evening will be used to promote and preserve St. Croix’s unique culture and nature for visitors and island residents alike.

 RSVP is required. RSVP for your party and pay in advance at the CHANT Web site. Tickets for the dinner are $80 per person. People may BYOB or purchase locally-made wine directly from the winemaker.

 Enjoy six courses of R2R farm’s (and a few other local farms) certified organic crops, and grass fed livestock and poultry. In between each dish plating, enjoy brief presentations and stories from the farmers and chefs. Dress is island casual.
