National Park Presents: ‘Slave Wrecks Project Year 3’

Friends of the St. Croix National Parks will host its next presentation, “Slave Wrecks Year 3 Project Update,”  when members from the Slave Wrecks Project–St. Croix will present the current status and results of their multiple research efforts across St. Croix. Dr. Meredith Hardy (National Park Service) will present the summaries of findings and results from three years of survey and community archaeology at Christiansted National Historic Site (CHRI) and Buck Island Reef National Monument.Dr. Justin Dunnavant, Dr. Alicia Odewale, Dr. Ayana Flewellen and Dr. Alexandra Jones will discuss their research and community archaeology at the Estate Little Princess.
