Motorcade for Foster Care Awareness

The Virgin Islands Department of Human Services (DHS) invites the community to participate in the first motorcade to show support for foster care. All are asked to wear and decorate their vehicles in light blue, joining the Walk-Me-Home motorcades and driving in solidarity with the Division of Children and Family Services (DCFS) to raise awareness for at-risk children and youth and the foster families that care for them. Funds raised will go to securing resources that include personal care items, toiletries, school supplies, clothing, car seats, duffel bags and other essential and critical supplies for at-risk children and youth-in-transition during a difficult time.
