Island Therapy Solutions (ITS) has announced an upcoming free training entitled “Self-care for Caregivers,” which specifically targets caregivers who care for individuals with various disabilities. This training will provide helpful information and resources for caregivers who are caring for the elderly, individuals with disabilities and other vulnerable populations. The trainers will provide and explore effective ways of supporting the caregivers.
