Gillette Triathlon Race Set

The Gillette Triple Play Triathlon is unique in that it features three different distances for rookies all the way up to those getting ready for the Ironman 70.3 St. Croix.  All participants are asked to be at the race site by 6:30 a.m.  The longest event, the Olympic Distance race, will begin with a 1500-yard swim, followed by a 25-mile bike and a 6-mile run. The medium length Sprint race includes a 750-yard swim, a 12.5-mile bike and a 3-mile run.  There will also be a short Try-a-Tri distance of a 300-yard swim, 6-mile bike and 1.5- mile run.  Relay teams can compete in both the Sprint and Olympic distances.
