CZM Schedules Decision Meeting

The V.I. Department of Planning and Natural Resources informs the public that the St. Croix Coastal Zone Management (CZM) Committee will convene. This meeting will be held via the video conferencing platform Zoom. The agenda is as follows: Decision Meeting (public testimony will not be heard) Federal Consistency Determination, CZX-6-23(FC) was submitted by V.I. Department of Health. The project proposes relocation of the Public Health Laboratory and the EMS Modular Facility and ancillary support/storage buildings to allow for continuity of operations during the reconstruction of the Charles Harwood Memorial Complex. The V.I. Department of Health has partnered with the V.I. Housing Authority for the use of the proposed project site, which is located at Plot Nos. 11-E and 11-F Penitentiary Land, Christiansted, St. Croix, V.I.
