District Boards of Elections to Swear In Newly Elected Members; Organizational Meeting Scheduled

Supervisor of Elections, Caroline F. Fawkes, has announced that in accordance with the Virgin Islands Code, officials elected to serve on the St. Thomas-St. John and St. Croix Boards of Elections will be administered the oath of office at a public ceremony.

Campaign Disclosure Reports Are Due for Candidates, Political Committees Jan. 18

Supervisor Caroline F. Fawkes reminds candidates and political committees pursuant to Title 18, Virgin Islands Code, Section 905 that the Dec. 30th Campaign Disclosure Report is now due.

The St. Croix District Board of Elections will continue the audit of three Polling Precincts (Claude O. Markoe, Eulalie Rivera and Florence Williams) of the 2016 General Election at 4 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 22, at the St. Croix Elections office.

The St. Croix District Board of Elections will be conducting an audit of three polling precincts of the 2016 General Election. The polling precincts selected are Claude O. Markoe, Eulalie Rivera and Florence Williams schools.

Supervisor Caroline F. Fawkes has announced that the 2016 General Election has been certified in both districts.

Sen. Gittens Thanks St. Croix for Opportunity to Serve for Four Years

Sen. Kenneth L. Gittens on Wednesday thanked the people of the Virgin Islands and specifically those on St. Croix who gave him the opportunity to serve two consecutive terms.
