WICO on Cuba Opening

With all eyes on Cuba, where does that leave us? The following commentary is excerpted from the testimony on the impact of the reopening of Cuba on the V.I. economy as given before the 31st Legislature’s Committee on Economic Development, Agriculture and Planning.
