Commissioner Jean-Pierre L. Oriol of the Department of Planning and Natural Resources announces the Talking Books Library will host Book Club With Nina Garcia at 10 a.m., Wednesday, May 22, at the Regional Library for the Blind and Physically Challenged, which is now located in the Florence Williams Library in Christiansted.

This month’s book club selection is “Killers of the Flower Moon: The Osage Murders and the Birth of the FBI” by David Grann.

While the community is welcome to join and participate in the Book Club discussion, talking books are only provided to Talking Books Library clients. Other participants are encouraged to obtain their own copy of the book and read it before the Book Club discussion.  “We always look forward to seeing new faces at the library,” said Nina Garcia.

Book Club with Nina Garcia is held on the second Wednesday of every month.

For more information, contact Nina Garcia, librarian II, at 718-2250 or email nina.garcia@dpnr.vi.gov.
