Project Title: Culvert Installation and Repairs

Location: Route 63 in Estate Concordia and Route 83 Cotton Valley, St. Croix
Summary: The Department of Public Works is advising the motoring public of a culvert installation currently taking place on Route 63 in Estate Concordia. DPW contractor, Virgin Islands Paving Inc., is scheduled to complete repairs by Friday, Nov. 11. The contractor will then move to Route 83 in Cotton Valley (near the fire station) on Monday, Nov. 14. to install a box culvert. The Cotton Valley project is expected to be completed by Tuesday, Nov. 15.
To ensure the safety of motorists, both roads will remain closed until the completion of their respective projects.
