The 2022 Crucian Coconut Festival, with this year’s theme “Celebrate, Hydrate, Rejuvenate,” is coming back with an even bigger celebration than before, and it is inviting vendors and sponsors to participate in the family fun event.

This year, the festival is expanding from its usual one-day festival to a full weekend of fun. From 4-9 p.m., on Friday, Dec. 2, guests can attend an art exhibit to view and purchase pieces created by some of their favorite local talents.

The main event will begin on Saturday, Dec. 3, with all things coconut for sale and on display. Attendees can expect artisan crafts, culinary artistry, skincare and other coconut-centered goods. A music and fashion show will follow in the evening.

For those who miss out on Saturday’s fun, no worries, as the festivities will continue from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 4.

Currently, St. Croix Farmers In Action, the organizer of the annual event, is accepting vendor, sponsor and entertainment applications for anyone interested in taking part in this cultural showcase. The deadline to apply is Oct. 31.
