The Criminal Investigation Bureau arrested Shaniqua Wheatley, aka “Boobie”, and Renial Francis on Saturday on St. Thomas on charges of possession of stolen property and grand larceny, the V.I. Police Department reported.
According to the VIPD report, the pair were identified by witnesses as being in possession of stolen property.
Bail was set at $20,000 each. Unable to post bail, both Wheatley, 29, and Francis, 19, were remanded to the Bureau of Corrections pending their advice of rights hearing.
