Minor Robbed at Gunpoint on St. Thomas

According to detectives of the Criminal Investigation Bureau, on Saturday, Feb. 26, 2022, a minor male was allegedly robbed at gunpoint in the vicinity of the Caribbean Cinema movie theatre on St. Thomas.

On Sunday, Feb. 27, 2022, at 2.00 p.m., detectives from the Criminal Investigation Bureau responded to the Newton Command Police Station about the alleged armed robbery. The minor male reported that several males wearing ski masks approached him and his friends. The victim also stated that one of the males placed a gun to his head and told him to remove his Gucci chain. The suspects then fled in a dark-colored Acura.

This case is presently under investigation by the Criminal Investigation Bureau.
