It is with our deepest sorrow we announce the death of Jerome F. Carr, our loving father, brother, uncle, neighbor, loving family member and friend to many.
Jerome was born on April 8, 1945 in Antigua. He began his eternal rest on July 25, 2021, in Philadelphia, Penn.
