Department of Human Services Reminds SNAP Clients to Recertify by July 28

Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program

The Department of Human Services’ Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) reminds SNAP households who received their benefits on July 2 to re-certify no later than Wednesday, July 28.

Failure to submit the recertification application and supporting documentation will result in the individual’s case being closed at the end of this month.

Please submit a recertification application in the respective districts as soon as possible. Please contact a social worker or call the SNAP Certification Offices to submit the application forms at: St. Croix at 772-7100 or St. Thomas / St. John at 774-2399.
